Job Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in quality or manufacturing engineering to support production departments and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of related work experience in quality or manufacturing engineering

• Knowledge of standard quality tools (Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Statistics)

• Ability to lead a team and solve quality-related issues

• Proficiency in reading & interpreting complex prints, including GD&T

• BS degree in engineering field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the stamping and welding fabrication process

• Knowledge of Pro E/Creo for reviewing design models and assemblies

• Experience with Lean manufacturing

• Experience with CMM inspection process

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting two production departments by investigating quality issues related to product and processes

• Analyzing data to determine Root Cause in NCCA system and implement Corrective action

• Providing work direction to inspectors & auditors

• Helping identify Continuous Improvement projects.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
